Please read this document carefully. It explains your rights, responsibilities, and how the Fin Pager service is operated.
Who we are
Fin Pager is a business expense, reimbursement, petty-cash, reporting, customer-ledger, and workflow software service powered and operated by Terbaiks Innovative Solutions LLP (“Terbaiks”, “Fin Pager”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).
This Privacy Policy applies to the Fin Pager website, web application, mobile or installable web experience, support channels, and related services. It does not govern third-party services that have their own privacy policies.
Information we collect
Depending on how you use Fin Pager, we may collect:
- Account and identity data: name, mobile number, email address, login and verification records, profile information, and device registrations.
- Business and team data: business or brand name, GST number, address, branches, departments, roles, approval assignments, budgets, and employee records supplied by an authorised workspace administrator.
- Financial workflow data: expenses, amounts, categories, dates, bills or proofs, GST details, approvals, reimbursements, petty-cash entries, customer ledgers, sales, received payments, and follow-up information.
- Voice and support data: voice input, transcription, interpreted command data, confirmations, corrections, support messages, and feedback when you use those features.
- Technical and usage data: IP address, browser and device information, app version, access time, pages or features used, diagnostic events, crash information, and security logs.
- Payment and subscription data: plan, invoice, amount, payment status, transaction reference, and limited billing information received from our payment processor.
Sensitive payment credentials such as your full card number, CVV, UPI PIN, or internet-banking password are entered in the payment processor’s secure interface and are not stored by Fin Pager.
How we use information
We use information to:
- create, verify, secure, and administer accounts and business workspaces;
- provide expense, approval, reimbursement, petty-cash, ledger, reporting, notification, and voice-assisted features;
- show role-appropriate records and route actions to the authorised employee, checker, finance user, administrator, or owner;
- process subscriptions, confirm payments, issue invoices, prevent duplicate charges, and handle eligible refunds;
- send OTPs, security notices, workflow alerts, service updates, and support communications;
- investigate errors, fraud, abuse, unauthorised access, and policy violations;
- improve reliability, usability, language understanding, analytics, and product performance; and
- meet legal, tax, accounting, regulatory, and dispute-resolution obligations.
Business workspaces and role-based access
Where your account belongs to an employer or business workspace, that organisation may control the records submitted for its business and may assign access to owners, administrators, checkers, finance users, or other authorised team members.
Workspace administrators are responsible for inviting only authorised people, assigning correct roles, keeping employee information accurate, and informing their personnel about the organisation’s use of Fin Pager. Personal records remain separated or restricted according to the product’s available scope and permission controls.
Payments through Razorpay
Subscription or service payments may be processed by Razorpay or another payment provider shown at checkout. The processor may collect payment credentials, billing contact information, fraud signals, and transaction data under its own terms and privacy policy.
We receive only the information required to match and administer a payment, such as payment or order identifiers, amount, status, method category, and billing contact details. Please review the Razorpay Privacy Policy when Razorpay is offered at checkout.
Retention and account deletion
We retain information while an account or business workspace is active and for a reasonable period afterwards where needed for backup recovery, security, audits, payment reconciliation, legal compliance, dispute handling, and enforcement.
An authorised user may request account deletion by contacting support. Business records may be subject to the organisation administrator’s instructions and statutory retention requirements. Deletion from active systems may not immediately remove securely isolated backup copies, which are deleted or overwritten according to our retention cycle.
Security practices
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organisational safeguards designed to protect information, including access controls, role-based permissions, encrypted network transport, authentication controls, activity records, and monitored infrastructure.
No internet service can promise absolute security. You must keep login credentials and OTPs confidential, use trusted devices, review role assignments, and notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access.
Your choices and rights
Subject to applicable law and verification of your identity, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, withdraw consent where processing depends on consent, or raise a grievance about our handling of your data.
You can also manage notification permissions through your device or browser. Essential security, payment, and service messages may still be sent when necessary to operate your account.
Children’s privacy
Fin Pager is intended for businesses and persons legally capable of entering a binding agreement. It is not directed to children under 18, and children should not create accounts or submit personal information through the service.
Policy changes
We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect product, legal, security, or operational changes. The current version will be published on this page with an updated date. Where required, we will provide additional notice through the app, website, email, or another appropriate channel.
