Please read this document carefully. It explains your rights, responsibilities, and how the Fin Pager service is operated.
Agreement and service provider
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) form a binding agreement between you and Terbaiks Innovative Solutions LLP, the owner and operator of Fin Pager (“Terbaiks”, “Fin Pager”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).
By creating an account, joining a business workspace, purchasing a plan, or using the website or application, you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Refund Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Eligibility and business authority
You must be at least 18 years old, legally capable of entering a contract, and authorised to use Fin Pager on behalf of any business or organisation you register or join.
If you act for a business, you represent that you have authority to accept these Terms, add team members, submit business records, configure roles, and purchase services for that business. You must provide accurate registration, billing, GST, and contact information and keep it current.
What Fin Pager provides
Fin Pager provides software tools for business and personal expense capture, proof management, checking and approvals, employee reimbursements, petty-cash wallets and reconciliation, budgets, reports, customer ledgers, payment follow-ups, notifications, and voice-assisted business actions. Available features, limits, languages, roles, and integrations may depend on your plan, account type, permissions, device, and current product version.
Accounts, roles, and security
- You are responsible for the accuracy of account information and all activity performed through your credentials or verified device.
- You must not share OTPs, passwords, PINs, or authentication links, impersonate another person, or bypass role and approval controls.
- Business administrators are responsible for inviting authorised users, assigning appropriate roles, removing access promptly, and reviewing workspace activity.
- You must notify support promptly about suspected unauthorised access, a lost device, incorrect permissions, or a security incident.
We may require re-verification, revoke device sessions, or temporarily restrict access when reasonably necessary to protect an account, business data, or the service.
Plans, subscriptions, payments, and taxes
Plan price, duration, included limits, applicable taxes, and whether billing is one-time or recurring will be shown at checkout, in an order communication, or in the applicable commercial proposal before payment.
- Prices are ordinarily displayed in Indian Rupees unless stated otherwise.
- GST or other taxes may be added as required by law and reflected on the invoice.
- Access to paid features may begin after successful payment confirmation and necessary account verification.
- For a recurring plan, you authorise the displayed recurring charge until you cancel the subscription through an available account control or by contacting support before the next billing date.
- A failed or overdue payment may result in retry, restricted paid features, or plan suspension after reasonable notice.
Payments may be processed through Razorpay or another processor shown at checkout. The payment processor’s terms also apply to the transaction.
Cancellation and refunds
You may request cancellation of a paid plan as described in our Cancellation & Refund Policy. Cancellation stops future renewal where applicable but does not automatically reverse a completed charge. Refund eligibility depends on the reason, timing, usage, payment status, and applicable law.
Your content and business data
You retain your rights in the records, documents, bills, customer information, employee information, voice input, and other content you lawfully submit (“Customer Data”). You grant us a limited permission to host, process, back up, transmit, display, and use Customer Data only as reasonably necessary to provide, secure, support, and improve the service and comply with law.
You are responsible for having a lawful basis and all necessary notices, permissions, and consents to upload and process Customer Data, including employee, customer, GST, financial, proof, and contact information. You must not upload content that is unlawful, misleading, infringing, malicious, or outside your authority.
Financial records and user responsibility
Fin Pager organises information supplied by users and connected workflows. You must review amounts, categories, GST treatment, proof, approval decisions, petty-cash balances, ledger entries, reports, and exports before relying on them.
Fin Pager is not a bank, wallet issuer, payment account, chartered accountant, tax adviser, auditor, or legal adviser. Product summaries and suggestions are operational aids and do not replace professional accounting, tax, audit, legal, or investment advice.
Voice and intelligent features
Voice recognition, extracted fields, exception signals, summaries, and intelligent suggestions may be incomplete or inaccurate because of speech, language, network, source-data, or model limitations. Fin Pager is designed to show confirmation before supported write actions; you remain responsible for reviewing the interpreted action and its financial details before saving, approving, rejecting, paying, exporting, or communicating it.
Acceptable use
You must not:
- use Fin Pager for fraud, money laundering, unlawful surveillance, harassment, tax evasion, or other illegal activity;
- upload malware, probe security, overload the service, interfere with another user, or attempt unauthorised access;
- reverse engineer, scrape, resell, sublicense, copy, or commercially exploit the service except where expressly allowed in writing;
- misrepresent an approval, expense, proof, payment, reimbursement, ledger entry, or user identity; or
- use another person’s data without authority or violate intellectual-property, confidentiality, privacy, or consumer rights.
Fin Pager intellectual property
The Fin Pager software, interface, design system, brand, logos, documentation, workflows, databases, and underlying technology are owned by or licensed to Terbaiks Innovative Solutions LLP. Except for the limited right to use the service under these Terms, no ownership or licence is transferred to you. “Fin Pager” and associated brand elements may not be used without prior written permission.
Third-party services
Fin Pager may use or link to payment gateways, OTP/SMS services, cloud hosting, notification platforms, analytics, WhatsApp, email, maps, or other external services. Their availability and handling of information are governed by their own terms. We are not responsible for a third-party service outside our reasonable control, but we will reasonably assist with a Fin Pager transaction or integration issue reported to us.
Service changes, maintenance, and availability
We work to keep Fin Pager reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. Features may be updated, improved, replaced, limited, or discontinued for security, legal, technical, commercial, or product reasons. Planned maintenance and material changes will be communicated where reasonably practicable. Internet, device, browser, payment-network, and third-party outages may affect service availability.
Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access for material breach, illegal or abusive activity, security risk, repeated non-payment, false information, government direction, or conduct that threatens users or the service. Where appropriate, we will provide notice and an opportunity to resolve the issue.
You may stop using Fin Pager or request account closure. Payment obligations already incurred and provisions that by nature should continue—including ownership, confidentiality, disclaimers, liability, disputes, and record retention—survive termination.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided on an “as available” basis without warranties that cannot lawfully be excluded. We do not warrant that every report, voice interpretation, notification, third-party integration, or user-entered record will be complete or error-free.
To the extent permitted by law, Terbaiks Innovative Solutions LLP will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss, or for lost profit, goodwill, opportunity, or data arising from misuse, unauthorised access, user-entered errors, third-party systems, or events beyond reasonable control. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Before beginning formal proceedings, you agree to contact us and allow a reasonable opportunity to resolve the concern. Subject to applicable mandatory law, courts having jurisdiction over the registered office of Terbaiks Innovative Solutions LLP will have jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms.
Changes and contact
We may update these Terms for legal, security, operational, or product changes. The current version and effective date will remain available on this page. Continued use after an update takes effect constitutes acceptance where permitted by law; material changes will receive additional notice where required.
